Schools & clubs

School programmes and team training have different rhythms. Define objectives, participants and facilities before building a practical physical training project.

Three ways to start a conversation.

These are potential collaboration directions. The delivery scope is agreed together.

01

School and after-school programmes

Teaching need
Give regular activity a connected sequence of movement-learning themes.
Content to discuss
Discuss fundamental movement, balance, basic strength and games with clear rules.
Conditions to provide
The school provides participant scope, available times, facilities and school management requirements.
Proposal scope
Agree objectives, grouping, sessions, coaching and feedback; the programme does not replace the school’s overall curriculum management.
Discuss a school programme
02

Physical preparation for school teams and clubs

Teaching need
Coordinate physical development with sport training and competition schedules.
Content to discuss
Discuss acceleration, deceleration, direction changes, strength and conditioning with clear roles for sport coaches.
Conditions to provide
The organisation shares existing schedules, team experience, priorities and facilities.
Proposal scope
Agree training priorities, delivery and communication; this does not replace technical coaching or guarantee competition results.
Discuss a club partnership
03

A focused programme pilot

Teaching need
Explore a small-scale project around one clear teaching need.
Content to discuss
Choose a theme such as body control or movement skills, with practical tasks, observations and review.
Conditions to provide
Agree participants, feasible sessions, facilities, safety responsibilities and a contact person.
Proposal scope
Define the pilot scope, observations and review process; discuss any continuation separately.
