Our approach

Turn training principles into understandable tasks. Build control before adding difficulty, with practice matched to current experience.

01

Fundamental movement

Learn running, jumping, throwing and catching.

Example task: throw and catch between different targets.

02

Body control

Practise balance, support, rotation and landing.

Example task: land, hold a stable position, then move again.

03

Strength and force

Use appropriate pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting and support tasks.

Example task: complete a controlled squat with suitable resistance.

04

Speed and deceleration

Connect starting, moving and stopping.

Example task: start on a cue, then stop within a defined area.

05

Agility and response

Choose a movement as task demands change.

Example task: follow a direction cue to select a movement route.

06

Conditioning

Maintain participation and movement quality during suitable activity.

Example task: alternate movement tasks and recovery before repeating.

Teaching principles

Age is one reference point, not the only basis for grouping. Experience, understanding and training goals also shape tasks and arrangements.

  • Build control before progressing.
  • Vary difficulty within the same theme.
  • Combine practice with game application.
  • Exhaustion is not the measure of a good session.
  • Give specific observations, not personality labels.
  1. 01

    Understand the starting point

Discuss experience and goals, and observe basic movement.

  2. 02

    Choose a focus

Select appropriate tasks based on current ability.

  3. 03

    Practise consistently

Work on the focus and apply skills in varied tasks.

  4. 04

    Review and adjust

Use observations to discuss the next training priorities.

Training observations help plan sessions; they do not replace medical diagnosis or rehabilitation. We do not promise height gain, treatment, postural cures or guaranteed injury prevention.
